This is a great tool to train your cup in arm wrestling, or wrist flexion in general. Because of the design of the tool, the handle is actively trying to roll out of your hand during the wrist flexion. It makes this exercise an awesome way to get extra finger control during an arm wrestling match and improve your cupping power.
The angle of resistance can be adjusted by choosing a different hole to attach the carabiner to. Attaching it in line with your thumb will give your pronator muscle some extra work, while attaching it in line with your pinky will work your supinator muscle some more.
You can attach the wrist wrench to a cable station to perform wrist flexion or to a loading pin to simply lift it from the ground as a grip strength exercise.
