Become a Stronger Human
In this group, you'll first learn the foundations of rope flow. This practice focuses on athletic coordination of the spine and body. You'll improve your athletic rotational movement ability of your spine, shoulders, and wrists. Your fluidity of movement, and the way you move will also improve as you become more adept with the rope. This foundational flow practice will improve all aspects of your movement and athleticism, and you'll see aspects of the practice seep into your daily movement, sport, and life.
